Students and parents interested in the IB diploma recognition policies of various universities may want to use the searchable database at http://www.ibo.org/diploma/recognition/directory/index.cfm.
Not all colleges and universities are listed, but there are many who have provided IB credit policies as well as contact information for their admissions offices.

Georgia Apply to College Week
Our Counseling Office is excited to announce that Campbell has been chosen to participate in the second annual Georgia Apply to College Week (GACW) on Friday, November 13, 2009. During our Georgia Apply to College event, students will receive assistance completing their online applications from specially trained college and community volunteers, and some colleges may waive their application fees for this event.
In preparation for the event, the counseling office encourages all seniors to thoroughly review the GACollege411 site (http://www.GACollege411.org), research potential colleges, and complete the GAWC Guideway and its activities prior to our event.
If you are a senior who would like to participate in this event, please sign up in the School Counseling Office (608). Check out the Counseling Office's blog for more information: http://campbellhighschool.typepad.com/counseling/. There is a link on the left side of their blog.

College Application Information, Class of 2010
Seniors must use a Request for College Application Action form (aka "the orange form") when turning their college applications in to the IB office.
The form is available for download and printing on Mr. Jones' blog. Click here to get the form:
One form must be submitted for each college application that is being processed through the IB office. Please allow at least two weeks for requests to be fulfilled.
Parents, you might want to look at the "checklist" on the form to know what is expected from the students. We also have tons of copies in the IB room.
