Seniors must use a Request for College Application Action form (aka "the orange form") when turning their college applications in to the IB office.
The form is available for download and printing on Mr. Jones' blog. Click here to get the form:
One form must be submitted for each college application that is being processed through the IB office. Please allow at least two weeks for requests to be fulfilled.
Parents, you might want to look at the "checklist" on the form to know what is expected from the students. We also have tons of copies in the IB room.
